Yesterday my wife and I sat down and did our taxes on the H&R Block website. I was awaiting the confirmation e-mail when I noticed a little e-mail from blizzard.

I apparently have been selected to participate in the SCII beta and that's uber. I'm currently downloading the client to install the game, more info as it becomes available.

good news is they lifted the NDA agreement already so, I'll be posting some screenshots as I take them.

Well so far I'm liking this game very much, I still have yet to play against anyone other than a computer for the sake of learning. I was a huge Protoss fan in the original Starcraft. I've tried all 3 races at this point and I really like Zerg this time around. They've changed and removed quite a few units from each factions. Lurkers no longer exist that I've found for instance and Broodlords no longer evolve from Mutalisks they evolve from a new unit called "Corrupter"
